    I came across this agency through AirBNB. They spruik their properties across multiple sites. I had the unfortunate experience of booking a house and paying full reservation fee (more than $3k); only for 'Gail' to cancel because the property had already been booked on another site. AirBNB takes 3 weeks to refund. They should not be taking instant bookings.

    There were large holes in the stain glass window in the sun room out the back in which were then sticky taped up to stop the plague of mosquito's getting in. Again, we shouldn't have had to call up for someone to come and make repairs, as the property should have been in full working order upon our arrival.

    Be Aware of this Real Estate and holiday letting agent. Below is a complaint that I have sent to them with no response. Please also note that a complaint about the property was made upon arrival, in which we were told someone would come fix the problems. Only to receive a message on my mobile the next day stating that because it was such short notice, they couldn't get anyone to come fix anything. Another complaint was made upon check out only to be told that they would get someone to fix the property even though we had just checked out. Not much help really. We were then told to put our complaint in an email to be sorted. Again we were lied to as no response of any kind has been received.

    In short, I don't feel as if the property was worth $830 per night. We have stayed in more holiday homes than I can count including in Byron Bay, and I have never been more disappointed. If I would have known all these things about the property, suffice to say that I would not have booked it. Therefore I am asking that you compensate us for our stay, as 4 Manfred street even at the busiest peak season, is not worth anywhere near $830 per night.

    The front door had a screen door which you were aware was so unbelievably broken, it was a pain to use day to day to allow air into the house. I understand that you were unable to have someone come and repair the door, however in my opinion it's not really good enough.

    First of all upon arrival at the property, we were unable to enter through the front door as the door lock does not work properly. So each and every time we went out, we had to lock up and go out the back door. That being said the back door locks were not much better to work with.

    There was also 1 ceiling fan in the house. Most people like to close their bedroom door at night so the air conditioning therefore is not sufficient.

    There was not one single lock on any internal doors. You would think that with a house that has 4 bedrooms, there would be at least a lock on the bathroom door, toilet door and maybe one bedroom. Also there is no privacy in the front bedroom as you can clearly see through the stain glass panel. Hard to see how a group of people would ever stay in this property,

    Also the house was very musty when we arrived as if it had been closed up for a very long time. I'm more than positive that if future potential families or groups knew all these things about the property, they would consider not booking it.
