  The place looks modern and clean and is nicely decorated. My beauty therapist (Leah) was very experienced and efficient. I had a Brazilian wax and didn't feel any pain at all, which is pretty rare. We also had a great chat, she was very friendly and lots of fun. So the whole experience was great. I randomly found this place while walking around and would totally recommend it.

  Manicure girl was lovely but had no experience with gel nails. Average result and an average experience - management rude and super unprofessional. A very disappointing experience.

  This place is absolutely terrible. I went in for a quick appointment, since I found out on short notice that I had a job interview, and needed to boost my looks. I had a shellac French manicure, and a mini pedi, and was looked after by a girl named Chloe.

  It is the fist shellac I had done that chips away in less than 4 days, the finish was absolutely sloppy and unprofessional, felt like my 7 year old niece would have done a better job, not to mention it took ages to complete. Now for my pedicure, I was also very unhappy, this time a rushed service, maybe they had another client after me, and realised how long they spent in the manicure (about hour and a half), not a clue on basic things like nail filing, uneven nail polish distribution, and .. (I know it was a mini pedi), but this girl literally made no effort in getting rid of those nasty little nail/skin bits that grow around your toes, I mean.. not even a rough effort to get rid of the ones on my big toes, at least, which was the main reason I wanted a pedicure done anyway.

  As opposed to the other review I have founds all the girls extremely professional and so well trained in all beauty aspects. I have recommended Simone and the team to a number of people who have all become regulars. I have received a number of treatments and wow i have been so happy with their procedures and finishes. Coming from Sydney where there is a proliferation of beauty places it is great to find a beauty team better than even the high class one in Sydney.
