    Firstly they don’t let you return items for a refund at all. Then they only have a 7 day return for replacement policy. This is not made clear at the time of purchase. Seriously, what shop doesn’t let you swap a dress that has never been used, with all tags in original bag with invoice 10 days after buying it. Walked away pretty disappointed.....
