    Absolutely terrible customers service. We felt extremely unwelcome at the shop. Will not recommend. Staff was rude, kids were blamed for touching the toys. OMG they expect from kids to be like a dog on a leash.

    I love this shop a part of the old Byron Bay and it is filled with so much fun stuff for kids. A true Byron experience and their staff are great and really friendly and always full of honest and helpful advice. The kids are always welcome but I think its outrageous when parents forget they are in a store and not in a playground.

    I went in looking for a dress to wear and found the staff incredibly helpful and friendly. Ended up walking out with a few purchases as the clothing was such good quality.
