  I went in thinking I needed a filling. After taking x-rays and giving my teeth a clean, I was told no further work was needed and my teeth were in excellent condition. It was so refreshing to go into a dentist and not have any unnecessary (costly) procedures pushed on me. When I went to reception to pay, I was further surprised by how reasonable the cost of my visit was, including the clean! I'm so grateful to all the staff there, and would easily recommend Bytes of Byron to anyone who needs work or just wants a check up!

  1) the dentist was ignorant and rude during the whole procedure. He made me feel guilty for being there and sighed loudly when I asked if the shape of one tooth could be changed a tiny bit since the cap piece still was massive compared to the original tooth.

  This clinic is unlike anything you have ever seen. They care for the environment and are very affordable ,bulk billing to children. open 6 days til 8pm. Cant recommend them enough :)

  This all happened during a period of 3 months. Now, 2 months since the last time I got new caps they've started to fall off. I went to a new dentist and was told the caps was made of the weakest material to find. I'm now in the procedure to get crowns since my real teeth also where loose, which Bytes of Byron not even bothered to have a look in to.

  I had to get caps on my front teeth and ended up at Bytes of Byron. Definitely the worse dentist I've ever been to.

  Always friendly staff in the reception but the dentist I saw is definitely one of the worse persons in he's profession I've ever meet. Don't go here! There is plenty of better dentists around the area with decent prices, nice mannor and respect for their own profession and a will to make a good job and get a happy, healthy patient

  Interesting fact: when I first got my new teeth I thought the colour was very see-through and it actually looked really fake. I was told by the dentist that this was the best and most common material to use. The third time I got back and he had to redo the cap a third time he said himself he had another material that would give a heaps better colour-matching. So now he admit the colour was bad but in the beginning he claimed it was perfect as it was - very unprofessional!

  2) I had to go back a couple of times in a very short amount of time. First cause the caps where so badly inserted, the gap between the front teeth where basically non existing. I couldn't eat a thing without food getting stuck in my teeth but I couldn't use floss either cause it got stuck in between the teeth. The secound time I went back food had started to crawl down in between the layers of plastic. I first realised when I had a coloured stain on the middlefront of my front tooth. The dentist now had to take the previous caps off and redo them.

  This dental office and its staff has exceeded my expectations from the moment I walked in... I I would definitely go back at any point and recommend to my friends and family..... Some of the key factors other then everything else are the late business hours and the fact that they are eco green!!!
