  I have had a great experience with the Mac Lifesaver- Hugo diagnosed and fixed my mac quickly and efficiently. This is after another place told me it was not worth fixing after they had barely looked at it. Thanks Hugo- you saved my mac! Highly recommended.

  Hugo is the go to guy for our household of devices. He is swift inexpensive and his workmanship is clean.We have used him on several occasions and recommended him to others. I did get an iPad back with a different coloured frame - I did not take it in (it was a surprise gesture and it was really in need of repair) and as it was already 5 years old I was thrilled to get it back as fast as I did looking brand new - he must have had one in stock! - legend.

  Hi, to anybody who reads this review. I met Hugo (mac technician) when I walked in for a Macbook repair job. Hugo was very personable, helpful, and friendly. He fixed my mac there and then. I was really happy about that, he explained everything he did as he went along with the repair. I would highly recommend his work to anybody with Mac problems.

  I originally asked Hugo to repair my screen months ago. My device was returned to me with a new screen but with two major issues caused during the repair. Despite being bought new and not having been even opened by any other repair company, Hugo blamed the damage to the logic board (caused by putting the wrong screws in the wrong holes) on a "previous repair". His only response was that he stood by his work and that he could not repair the damage he had caused but "he knew of only one guy in Melbourne that might do it but it would cost thousands". Now I can only use the device with headphones and the icing on the cake is that as I type this I notice that there is a crack on the screen again caused by Hugo's latest attempt to repair my device.
