    Handy location and good size. Good range and standard of equipment. Being able to work out any time of day or night is a bonus. Nice to be able to work out at my pace but they've got recommended personal trainers if you feel like you need extra motivation. There's no group classes but that's good because the gym is never crowded. If you do feel like some group action though, I'd recommend their other business, Byron Bay Boot Camp. Great way to start the day and and enjoy Byron's awesome surroundings.

    We came up to Byron on holidays and wanted a gym to train at while we were here. The staff at My Own Gym were amazing and set us up with our own 24 hour access code so we could come and go as we please. The gym is fully equipped, bright and has a great vibe. We even got to try a few classes. Very reasonable prices too! Overall a great experience :)

    This gym has the lot, experienced and fun trainers, great classes and wonderful atmosphere. Every time I do a class I am reminded about how much you can really challenge yourself with someone cheering you on.
