I guess you shouldn't expect much when a young backpacker is doing your hair. I asked for volume and lose curls and I got flat hair and ringlets. It took the girl over an hour to blow dry my shoulder length hair (with no volume). At one point I was so frustrated I took the hairdryer and started drying it myself. They suggested using the curling irons for a longer lasting curl. Of course they did... It was an extra $10! Bringing the cost to $75.
