  I saw Travis , who was incredibly professional, and very intuitive and non egotistical in his approach. The massage was mind blowing, and I could still feel the effects three days later. He gave it his absolute all, and left me with very helpful advice. The guy is rare. Do yourself a favor, and book him. Thanks again Travis

  I was visiting Byron and hurt my neck. I could not move it. I rang around and found it hard to get into anywhere and this was a blessing in disguise, because I dropped into the Haven and they could fit me in, then and there on the spot. I saw Kathryn Varley the Acupuncturist....she is an absolute genius. My neck improved whilst I was there on the table and continues to improve. Truly, this was just the miracle I needed. Thank you so very much Kathryn, it was much appreciated.

  IR Sauna was great after a while, but would have loved to be able to stretch out a bit more. Float tank was a great experience. Massage (Hawaiian style I think) was 5 stars! I'd definitely go back for the massage.
