  The degustation menu is a surprise (in the best way) and the service is impeccible.

  Wake up to the sound of Whip Birds & Kookaburras in the trees and the surf in the background in this oasis of a hotel. Walk up to the eastern-most point of Australia (only a few hundred metres away along the coastal walk) and look for Whales, Dolphins & Sea Turtles in the ocean around you.

  The room we had was beautifully appointed. Staff wonderfully helpful for every thing we asked for. Perfectly situated and met all we wished. The only Problem was the spa and shower were not acceptable for my wife. As it was not accessible to her and the shower head was fixed .. Even if she could have got in her hair would be wet by the shower regardless.. So not useful for older citizens...

  The manager was exceptionally rude. Worst experience at Byron Bay during longweek end. I asked him whether they have a coffee, but he replied unprofessionally, even reluctant to open his mouth. If you look Asian appreance, don't go. Lots of exagerrations on the spot. Just small "so called" fine-dinning restaurant, doesn't reflect what has been featured on the website. Over priced. In addition, the kitchen is small. You may expect some delays to be served.

  5-star dining experience, the service is good, the food is good. I have only been for dinner but thoroughly enjoyed the experience both times. Expect to pay a premium however you get what you pay for.
