  The Pighouse is flyblown....Just saw a beautiful film about Brett Whitely.....unfortunately the theatre, well attended had NO heating and smelt damp,dank and dirty....I mentioned to the manager he might want to turn the air con on for a short spell but to no effect.....it will be put last visit to The Pighouse...

  Unlike the last review we had an awesome night at the Pighouse. The seats were better than any Hoyts, the bathrooms were fine and we had an awesome night.

  The cinema smelt damp, awlful wet carpet smell that I just couldn't get use to! The chairs were so uncomfortable. the curtains ripped upon entry to the smelly theatre, no effort made to make the place even look nice. The ladies toilet doors have no locks on any of them. I certainly have no desire to go back. I'll be happy to drive an extra 25 minutes to go to ballina to spend my money there. What a shame.

  Best little cinema in the Northern Rivers.Have dinner and drinks at the brewery next door or take a drink into the cinema with you. Comfy seating.
