  My father needed an emergency supply of a script based medicine while we were on holidays. Our local pharmicist was on the phone vouching for his script and the pharmicist here was extremely rude and unhelpful. Do not recommend this place.

  The pharmacist was extremely rude. I had a photo of the medicine (non prescription) and he starts with "that is a pet peeve of mine people showing me photos". Well im sorry sir, I am after a specific medicine and its more convenient to show you rather that spell it. After much tutting he finds the powder behind the counter and passes it to me. I am standing at the counter quietly seething when I notice he has given me the incorrect medicine. I return to the back counter and explain his mistake, he is clearly not happy, perhaps the photo threw him off? After several lack lustre attemtps to look for my required powder he states that he doesn't have it. Luckily I have been watching his poor efforts and advise him it is actually behind the first bottle he pretended to move. He passes over the container without so much as a sorry, even an excuse for his arrogant behaviour and attitude would have been better than his shameful silence. Do not go to this chemist, the pharmacist should not be dealing with people.

  All the girls in the pharmacy work under extreme pressure.....Am always impressed by the skillful and diplomatic way they handle difficult customers ......this is one of busiest, but friendliest pharmacies on the north coast ..highly recommended!!! they deserve a raise......Why can't some people realise that any pharmacist can NOT just dispense any med without a script.......If you are holiday and need meds ..get to a gp or A&E and get a script .....don't expect rules to broken just for you!!!!!
