  The weather wasn’t fantastic here so what would have been a 10 min walk in the rain we called for a 4 min taxi ride. They were happy to come all the way from Byron to Brunswick Heads. Thanks for save us from walking in the rain.

  Absolutely unprofessional service. We booked two round trip tickets, and while one person had to take an earlier flight we called and asked to pick up one person at the earlier time and the other one at the original time. They completely forgot about the second passenger, came at the earlier time than originally asked for. Were no willing to pick up the second person which resulted in necessity of taking a taxi.

  Have waited 20 minutes, still waiting in the RAIN and thought we saw other people get into our taxi. Called, was talked to rudely and like a child. Absolutely unprofessional customer service from a RUDE man. Thanks a lot !!

  Paid $38 for a shuttle to Ballina Airport - called to enquire if we had missed the shuttle that we had ordered for 9:45 am when it didn't arrive at the time we were told it would, and was hung up on by the woman in customer service. Tried ringing her back with no success. Very disappointed with the service received and will not be using GoByron again.

  EDIT: Received a call 20 minutes after the requested pick up time from the driver saying he had arrived at our pick up location. By that stage we had already called an Uber. In future I recommend that GoByron alerts passengers if a service is running late or if the driver has passed by. It would save a lot of hassle and anxiety, and we've now paid a total of $80 (including the uber) for a simple job that has left a sour taste in my mouth after a pleasant holiday.
