  Dog poo smeared under table which kept me looking for Roquefort on the menu. Discovered too late. Poorly trained staff reaching across face while dining to serve, obvious attempts at upselling with higher end items being brought to table than were ordered after being pointed to, Twice. IE: $90 wine over the $70 but just a line away... Put down to staff language barrier issue - perhaps :( - not.methinks). Who cooks FLANK steak but a master and expects to get away with it's sinewy toughness. This restaurant DID NOT make that happen. Who serves a large bowl of warm olive and almond selection without providing a way of keeping hygeine in mind when there are ten (10) sets of fingers digging in and potentially double dipping. Oh I know.. Forks for the purpose perhaps.

  I ordered lamb which came in big hunks and was quite tough. A garden salad was a small bowl of lettuce covered in cheese. Since when did cheese grow in the garden? Some attention to tasty gluten and dairy free options would be appreciated.

  This was an important family occasion and ELEMENTS/GRACE restaurant will not be on our radar again for quite a while.

  Our table barely had time for the attendees to meet and introduce ourselves before the waitress started 'buzzing' the table with notebook 'front and ready' every two minutes after our arrival even though we had barely had a sip of our drinks, let alone been able to peruse the menu properly. Everyone was peeved by this and it set the tone of 'rush' even though only a few minutes had elapsed. The booking had been made weeks before and the restaurant was empty and no stress therefore for the staff.
