    Hired boards for 3 days at 9am Friday. Brought them back after 2 days at 9am Sunday. Would not fully refund the 3rd day, poor customer service.

    Provided exactly what we were looking for, bike and tag along, the only negative was a small wait while others were assisted as there was only one staff available. Would certainly go back again.

    Had an awesome experience with them! The guy in the shop (unfortunately didn't get the cool guy's name) was very kind and accommodating. Bic boards in good conditions can be expected from their fibreglass boards. They are kind enough to provide some wax and a working leash. Even opened a brand new one the second time we rented. Pretty awesome experience with them and highly recommends them!
