  The store rep said that the staff "weren't trusted to give cash refunds due to prior staff members pocketing cash from the till but if i wrote to head office they would be happy to sort out the refund". Seems like the whole company is full of thieves because when I returned from my holiday head office replied to my email and simply said in a two-line message that "unfortunately we are unable to provide a refund" and then ignored my subsequent emails.

  After 2 months in Australia i'm keen to say that those guys are doing an amazing job with ripping off backpackers. Whenever i speak to a traveller who booked something through those guys i hear similar storiers and see either disappointed or mad faces.

  After a surf lesson was cancelled I returned to the Greyhound Wicked store and the store rep and the surf school both promised that Greyhound Wicked would refund my money but that I just had to write to the Greyhound head office for the refund to be processed. This was despite the fact that I had paid cash in store only a few hours earlier. Head office never refunded me the money.
